Role Description

We're looking for organized, detail-focused individuals to support travel operations, reservations, scheduling, and client coordination in a remote environment. As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you'll help keep trip details accurate, track confirmations and updates, and support arrangements involving accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary timing. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Coordinate reservations, schedules, and confirmations
• Track travel dates, updates, and pending items
• Organize accommodation, transportation, and activity details
• Maintain accurate client and itinerary records
• Assist with changes or special requests
• Provide clear updates and follow-up
• Research options when adjustments are needed

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Clear, professional communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Adaptability when plans change
• Experience in operations, reservations, hospitality, scheduling, administration, customer service, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
