Role Description

We're looking for organized, solutions-focused individuals to oversee travel-related coordination, reservations, client updates, and itinerary details in a remote environment. As a Remote Travel Operations Manager, you'll help keep travel plans accurate, manage changing details, and make sure reservations, transportation, accommodations, activities, and client information stay organized throughout the planning process. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Manage

• Coordinate reservations, schedules, and confirmations
• Track client requests, updates, and pending items
• Organize accommodation, transportation, and activity details
• Maintain accurate client and itinerary records
• Research options when plans need adjustment
• Assist with changes or special requests
• Provide clear client updates and follow-up
• Help keep travel plans moving smoothly from start to finish

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Clear, professional communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability when plans change
• Experience in operations, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, customer service, administration, or client coordination can be helpful, but it is not required.
