Role Description

You enjoy managing the details, building strong client relationships, and staying calm and resourceful when travel plans change at a moment's notice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in GDS (Sabre).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency navigating multiple technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Domestic and international booking and ticketing experience.
• Strong listening, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to partnering with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend strategic, service-focused solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• A customer service expert who consistently delivers exceptional client experiences.
• Ability to manage stress, prioritize competing demands, and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
• Passion for the hospitality and air travel industries, with a commitment to delivering outstanding travel experiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Requirements

• ARC certification and commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education (preferred).
• Trams Back Office familiarity for billing and reporting needs (preferred).
