Responsibilities

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and attractions
• Organize travel information into clear and easy to follow itineraries
• Customize trip plans based on client preferences and requested experiences
• Coordinate itinerary details and reservation information
• Review travel plans for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients regarding itinerary details and updates
• Make adjustments to itineraries when travel plans change
• Maintain organized client and trip information
