Role Description

Are you organized, detail oriented, and someone who enjoys putting plans together? We're looking for a Work From Home Travel Scheduling Planner to assist with organizing travel schedules, researching options, and keeping client trip details on track. This role combines planning, organization, communication, and customer support. You'll help coordinate the many details that go into creating a well organized travel experience.

• Organize travel dates, schedules, itineraries, and reservation details
• Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options
• Assist with coordinating travel arrangements based on client preferences
• Maintain accurate and up to date itinerary information
• Communicate with clients regarding schedules, confirmations, and trip details
• Coordinate updates, changes, and special requests
• Work with travel providers when additional information or adjustments are needed
• Keep client and trip information organized throughout the planning process
