Role Description

We are looking for organized, service-focused individuals who enjoy travel, research, planning, and helping others create memorable experiences. As a Travel Coordinator, you will assist clients throughout the travel planning process, from researching destinations and accommodations to coordinating reservations and providing ongoing support.

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences
• Assist clients in comparing travel options based on their needs and preferences
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate booking details
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process
• Provide helpful travel information and destination recommendations
• Complete ongoing travel and supplier training
• Maintain organized client records and follow-up communication
• Develop relationships with clients and provide continued travel support

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to learn new systems and online platforms
• Reliable internet access and computer or mobile device
• Interest in travel, hospitality, or customer service
• Previous travel experience is helpful but not required
