Role Description

As a Travel Experience Coordinator, you'll research resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages, then coordinate bookings and answer customer questions. You'll work one-on-one with clients to find the perfect travel experience for their needs.

• Research and recommend resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages
• Help clients compare options and plan their itineraries
• Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements
• Answer customer questions and provide travel support
• Build relationships with clients through helpful, friendly service

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable researching online and learning new tools
• Able to work independently in a remote environment

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
