Role Description

We are seeking organized, detail-focused individuals to join our remote team as Reservations Support Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation arrangements by:

• Gathering client information including destination preferences, travel dates, budgets, interests, and special requests.
• Researching resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Assisting with coordinating selected services through approved supplier resources.
• Organizing reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Providing booking updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes when needed.
• Reviewing reservation information for accuracy and maintaining organized client records.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
