Role Description

Marchay is seeking an exceptional Luxury Travel Advisor to join our team, creating extraordinary experiences for discerning travelers. This role involves:

• Helping create extraordinary travel experiences by partnering closely with Senior Advisors to manage a portfolio of high-profile members.
• Designing highly personalized itineraries tailored to each member’s preferences and travel style.
• Coordinating exceptional hotels, private villas, transportation, dining, guides, and exclusive experiences through Marchay’s luxury network.
• Building trusted member relationships by communicating directly with members throughout the planning and travel process.
• Developing deep knowledge of leading destinations, properties, and experiences, including firsthand travel opportunities.
• Managing complex travel arrangements with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Contributing ideas and energy to a collaborative, fast-growing team focused on elevating the member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in luxury travel advisory or a similar role within the travel industry.
• Proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and trips concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with luxury travel booking platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury accommodations, private villas, premium air travel, and exclusive experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, primarily within the Eastern Time Zone.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach.
• Bonus: Experience with Sabre GDS, Salesforce, or other travel technology systems.
