Role Description

We are looking for organized, customer-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others coordinate their leisure time and vacation experiences. As a Leisure Services Coordinator, you will assist clients with exploring destinations, reviewing available vacation services, and bringing the different pieces of their plans together.

The position may involve coordinating a variety of experiences, including:

• Beach vacations
• All-inclusive resorts
• Cruises
• Family trips
• Couples getaways
• Group experiences
• Tours
• Special celebrations
• International vacations

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Consult with clients to learn what they are looking for in their upcoming vacation
• Identify important preferences such as destination, dates, budget, accommodations, and activities
• Explore suitable vacation experiences based on each individual request
• Research resorts, hotels, cruise itineraries, transportation, tours, excursions, and other services
• Review available choices and organize relevant information for clients
• Provide recommendations based on stated preferences and priorities
• Explain general features, inclusions, policies, and reservation requirements
• Coordinate selected services using approved supplier and booking resources
• Review reservation details carefully for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records of confirmations and client information
• Monitor important dates associated with each reservation
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information or next steps
• Provide updates throughout the planning and coordination process
• Assist with routine questions, modifications, or service requests
• Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, and vacation products

Qualifications

• Enjoy providing helpful and professional customer service
• Communicate effectively through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
• Are organized and comfortable keeping track of detailed information
• Demonstrate accuracy when reviewing dates, names, and reservation details
• Can research information and evaluate different possibilities
• Manage their time effectively and follow through on responsibilities
• Are comfortable handling several client requests at the same time
• Can work independently in a remote environment
• Have basic computer and internet skills
• Are willing to learn online booking platforms and supplier technology
• Have dependable internet access and a compatible device
• Are motivated to continue developing their knowledge and skills
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or another qualifying region
