Role Description

As a Leisure Relations Specialist, you will work with clients at different stages of their vacation planning journey. Your role involves:

• Understanding client requests
• Sourcing relevant travel options
• Assisting with reservations
• Keeping important details on track

From Caribbean resorts and ocean cruises to European adventures, family holidays, romantic retreats, and group vacations, you will have the opportunity to assist with a wide range of travel experiences.

Experience in the travel industry is not required. Educational resources and ongoing guidance are available.

Requirements

• Serve as a point of contact for clients seeking vacation planning assistance
• Collect essential information to establish travel requirements and preferences
• Source potential accommodations, cruise sailings, activities, and vacation packages
• Examine available offers and identify choices that meet customer expectations
• Communicate differences between vacation products, services, and inclusions
• Help travelers understand reservation procedures and supplier conditions
• Submit selected booking requests through approved reservation channels
• Review confirmations and address discrepancies in booking information
• Maintain client correspondence, travel documents, and reservation records
• Keep clients informed about deposits, final payments, and upcoming deadlines
• Handle routine questions and coordinate standard reservation adjustments
• Support travelers with essential information before their scheduled departure
