Requirements

• Discuss upcoming travel plans and identify individual client needs
• Collect vacation preferences, destination interests, travel dates, and budgets
• Research accommodations, cruise itineraries, and available travel packages
• Identify suitable transportation, sightseeing experiences, tours, and excursions
• Examine supplier availability, pricing, and vacation package features
• Prepare organized travel selections for client review
• Explain accommodation amenities, booking policies, and package inclusions
• Coordinate client-approved reservations through designated supplier systems
• Review traveler information and ensure reservation details are complete
• Maintain accurate itineraries, booking confirmations, and client records
• Track deposits, payment schedules, and important travel deadlines
• Assist with routine reservation adjustments and pre-departure inquiries
