• Join a remote video interview to discuss your professional background in hospitality management.
• Walk us through a recent operational challenge related to service standards and how your team resolved it.
• Answer targeted questions about your day-to-day workflows, staff training methods, and guest interaction protocols.
• Review hypothetical scenarios and explain how you would manage them on the ground.

Qualifications

• Active professional in the hospitality sector focusing on guest experience or operations.
• Direct involvement in defining or upholding service standards at your property.
• Comfortable discussing daily operational workflows and staff management strategies.

Requirements

• Direct experience setting, training, or enforcing service standards within a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
• Welcoming Guest Experience Managers, Front Office Managers, Directors of Operations, and General Managers to apply.
