Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, organized individuals who enjoy working with people and helping turn vacation ideas into memorable experiences. As a Holiday Experience Advisor, you will guide clients through available vacation possibilities, provide personalized recommendations, and assist with arranging the services they select.

• Connect with clients to discover what they want from their vacation experience
• Gather information about timing, budget, interests, accommodations, and preferred activities
• Explore vacation possibilities that match the client's priorities
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, packages, transportation, tours, and excursions
• Create tailored selections for clients to consider
• Explain key features, inclusions, policies, and other relevant information
• Assist clients as they decide which options work best for them
• Process selected arrangements using authorized supplier and reservation resources
• Double-check traveler information, dates, and booking details for accuracy
• Maintain organized records of reservations and client communications
• Keep track of payment schedules and other important milestones
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding decisions or information
• Provide helpful updates leading up to departure
• Support clients with routine questions or changes related to their arrangements
• Stay knowledgeable about new destinations, vacation products, and supplier offerings

Qualifications

• Comfortable researching and comparing vacation products
• Ability to communicate information in a clear and helpful manner
• Consistent follow-through with clients and deadlines
• Able to manage several vacation requests simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently from a remote setting
• Familiarity with email, web-based applications, and basic computer functions
• Willingness to learn new booking tools and supplier systems
• Reliable internet connection and compatible device
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or other qualifying regions
