[Hiring] Orders and Fulfillment Manager @ReWorks Solutions

Role Description

Dunhill Corporation is a growing e-commerce business sourcing products globally and selling across North America, with the United States as its primary market. Our private-label brands include Gourmandity, specialising in gourmet European food, and For Your Elves, a candy brand. Our approximately 30-person team works across the UK, Australia, South Africa, and the US in a high-performing, collaborative, and easygoing environment.

• Analyse sales data and market trends to support purchasing decisions.
• Plan and place supplier orders in line with business requirements.
• Manage ongoing communication with approximately 10–20 vendors each month.
• Track order progress, supplier commitments, and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate warehouse preparation and readiness for onward fulfilment.
• Liaise with Amazon on relevant order and fulfilment matters.
• Identify delays or discrepancies early and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and keep colleagues informed of progress, risks, and next steps.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence interpreting sales data.
• A structured, consistent approach to managing multiple suppliers and deadlines.
• Excellent follow-through and proactive communication.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• An easygoing, professional manner and high standards of accountability.
• Availability for South African daytime hours and some evening work.
• A reliable computer, internet connection, and suitable remote working setup.
• Comfort working with Google Workspace.
• E-commerce or Amazon experience is an advantage, but is not essential.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
