Role Description

We're running a paid study on the day-to-day realities of managing ocean logistics at scale. We want to understand how supply chain leaders handle shipping strategies, vendor relationships, and international route planning. This research directly informs how global shipping platforms design their future service offerings.

You will complete a 60-minute remote interview guided by an AI moderator. During the session, you will discuss your typical logistics workflows and how you evaluate ocean carriers for your business. The AI will ask follow-up questions based on your specific operational setup and recent shipping challenges. You can complete this voice conversation at your own pace using your computer or mobile device.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in ocean logistics or supply chain management
• Currently employed in the technology or automotive sector
• Familiarity with managing large-scale international freight routing
• Comfortable participating in an AI-moderated voice interview

Requirements
