[Hiring] Head of Supply Chain & Logistics @Flowpouch

Role Description

Flow Pouch is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory and production processes. You will be responsible for:

• Inventory across three warehouse partners.
• Production across two manufacturers — one in California, one in Texas.
• A clear view of every SKU — stock on hand, reorder timing, and adjustments based on sales trends.
• Manufacturer and 3PL relationships — negotiating costs, checking accuracy, and resolving issues.
• Quality control — establishing processes to catch problems before they reach customers.
• New flavour launches — planning stock and phase-outs to ensure product availability for subscribers.
• Improving our internal AI inventory tool to better support supply chain operations.
• Providing reliable inputs for the CFO regarding lead times, order timing, and inventory needs.

This role is not about merely updating stock sheets; you will own the day-to-day supply chain operations and proactively solve problems.

Qualifications

• Experience running supply chain or logistics for a physical-product DTC brand with high order velocity and multiple SKUs.
• Managed multiple warehouses or suppliers, with the ability to explain allocation strategies.
• Strong numerical precision and the ability to answer inventory-related queries.
• Proactive in taking responsibility and addressing problems early.
• Ability to work closely with a founder initially, then operate independently.
• Based in the US; experience with supplements, FDA, or US customs is a plus.

Requirements

• Build processes while managing the supply chain.
• Maintain quality control foundations and improve the inventory tool.
• Manage transitions from one 3PL to three while coordinating with two manufacturers.
• Plan for new flavours and limited runs without compromising subscriber satisfaction.
• Earn the founder's confidence through accurate reporting and follow-through.

• Compensation of $96,000–120,000 per year, depending on experience.
