[Hiring] Director, Supply Chain Business Operations @IREN

Role Description

The Director, Supply Chain Business Operations serves as a strategic operating partner between SCBO’s run-the-business (RTB) needs and the Strategy & Transformation Team roadmap, ensuring current operations, future-state capabilities, and major transformation initiatives are aligned and executed to scale long-term operations.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain Business Operations, this role will help build and mature IREN’s Source-to-Pay (S2P) operating model while establishing the frameworks, processes, governance, and cross-functional alignment needed to ensure procurement operates as a single, well-executed engine across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain technology leadership experience, ideally at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company.
• 12+ years of experience leading S2P operations, including tooling, process, compliance, and operating framework implementation at scale.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance management, including leading business reviews.
• Experience operating and continuously improving procurement systems and automation (e.g., P2P platforms, CLM tools, GenAI-enabled workflows) to drive end-to-end visibility and reduce manual overhead.
• Strong executive presence and change management skills, with a track record of influencing and aligning senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, and driving adoption of new capabilities.
