• Able to partner and build trusting relationships with Resource clients including Chief Customer Officers, Business Strategy leads, and Customer Operations leaders.
• Able to collaborate across Accenture services groups and with executives that deliver technology, operations, and partner on end-to-end client solutions.
• A strong critical thinker with the ability to understand client challenges and define the right strategies and solutions.
• Fluent in the trends in Resources, digital, commerce, and sales, positioning Accenture as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Having a high-level understanding of how technology platforms and ecosystems fit into the digital world.
• Able to proactively identify opportunities for further growth and value creation within existing and new client engagements.
• Possessing excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, including compelling storytelling around insights, challenges, and solutions for an executive audience.
• Able to develop a high performing team and deliver projects that exceed client expectations and Accenture profitability commitments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the Resources space (Utilities or Chemicals & Natural Resources) including a robust understanding of the customer space, including market trends and challenges.
• 6+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent role.
• 4+ years experience leading multi-discipline teams.

Requirements

• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
