Role Description
You'll be the right hand to our EVP of Commercial Operations, owning the cross-functional programs that move our GTM (go-to-market) forward and running the rhythm that keeps marketing, SDR, sales, and revenue leadership aligned. You'll sit in the weekly revenue leadership meeting from day one, receive a quarterly mandate, and be expected to figure out the path: frame the problem, align the people who need to act (none of whom report to you), and carry the work through to adoption.
This is a strategy-and-operations role, not an analyst seat. You'll use AI tools like Claude to move faster and learn our systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) along the way. We're hiring you for judgment, structure, and follow-through.
What you'll own:
-
The commercial operating rhythm:
-
Run the weekly revenue leadership meeting as chief of staff to the EVP: set the agenda, build pre-reads and a weekly view of how we're tracking against target, capture decisions and actions, assign owners, and drive follow-through to completion.
-
Cross-functional GTM programs:
-
Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution and measurement, including our ROI program and skill-leveling initiatives. Set the plan, align owners across teams, track progress, and make sure programs deliver the intended result, not just a deliverable.
-
Account strategy and targeting:
-
Drive strategic account sequencing and targeting so marketing and SDR teams work the right accounts in the right order. Partner with the EVP of Revenue and SDR leader on territory design, account assignments, top-account planning, and target-list development by segment.
-
Remove the bottlenecks:
-
Spot where revenue velocity stalls between marketing and sales, design the cross-functional fix, and drive it through to operational adoption.
-
Process improvement and automation:
-
Use AI and automation to remove manual work and improve how our GTM teams run.
Qualifications
-
2-3+ years in consulting, strategy and operations, program management, chief of staff, or business operations (GTM/RevOps experience welcome, not required). B2B SaaS exposure is a plus.
-
A track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to adoption, especially where you had to influence without authority, with an example you can walk through end to end.
-
Executive-ready communication: turning ambiguity into clear recommendations, written plans, and pre-reads.
-
Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude especially) for analysis, drafting, and automation, with something you've built to show.
-
Comfort learning new systems; you'll become a hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot user within your first 90 days. Prior admin or power-user experience is a plus.
Requirements
-
Startup or high-growth experience, including operating through a period of organizational change.
-
Board or leadership reporting experience.
-
Program or roadmap design, including territory design, account planning, or target-list development.
-
ROI or value-engineering program experience.
-
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or BI tools.
Benefits
-
Remote-first & flexible hours.
-
Learning & growth: Annual learning reimbursement.
-
Family-friendly policies: Support for work-life balance.
-
Generous paid time off package: 3 weeks PTO, 1 week Winter Break, observed holidays, sick days, and others.
-

-
