[Hiring] Strategy Intern @IGS Energy

Role Description

As a Strategy Intern within the Office of Strategy Management, you will help connect strategy to execution by supporting strategic initiatives, executive-facing communications, and high-impact projects across the business. You will gain a unique perspective on how organizations plan, prioritize, and achieve major goals.

What You Will Do

• Support strategic initiatives:
  • Assist with projects from scoping through implementation, rollout, and metric tracking.
• Build project plans:
  • Develop project plans that capture scope, timelines, costs, and key milestones.
• Create executive-ready materials:
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps, and project documentation.
• Drive execution:
  • Support strategic and operational plans that help move business priorities forward.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Flexible and comfortable navigating changing priorities
• Relationship-oriented with the ability to work across teams and leadership levels
• Project leadership experience is a plus

Salary Range

$31,200.00 - $62,400.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
