Role Description
The Product Strategy and Operations team at Glassdoor is responsible for a range of high-impact, high-visibility work spanning strategy, analytics, and operations. This role will be a foundational member of the team supporting the Glassdoor Product team, translating data into actionable strategy and ensuring focus on the initiatives that matter most.
You will bring proven business judgment, structured problem-solving, and a passion for using data to influence strategy and outcomes. As part of a highly collaborative and fast-moving team, you’ll work on Glassdoor’s most pressing and complex challenges to drive clarity and decision-making in ambiguous problem spaces.
Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience

Experience in business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, or similar data-driven roles in consumer tech/SaaS companies

Proven ability to structure and solve complex problems through data and sound business judgment

Exceptional analytical foundation with experience in trend analysis, forecasting, and performance management

Ability to build and maintain models that inform decision-making and goal-setting

Bring strategic and business insight by anticipating trends, aligning work with company goals, and connecting cross-functional priorities to shape long-term direction

Exceptional written and verbal executive communication, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights and impact

Resourceful, proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguity; takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments

Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google sheets
Requirements

Analyze quantitative and qualitative trends, competitive landscapes, market dynamics, and key players across HR Tech and adjacent sectors to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends

Communicate clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to leaders across the organization to guide prioritization and decision-making

Evaluate new business, product, and investment opportunities through structured frameworks, developing business cases and scorecards that assess market potential, strategic fit, risks, and opportunities

Own operational forecasts, dashboards, and ongoing operating cadences to monitor performance, set goals, and drive accountability

Develop clear, compelling memos, presentations, and other materials that translate complex analysis and evidence into decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Act as the connective tissue across cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment around shared goals and coordination in addressing our biggest opportunities
