Role Description

This position is responsible for supporting the development of divisional strategies, identifying tools to assess and track strategic opportunities, providing end-to-end report development, and interfacing between various internal business and technical or analytical teams to achieve goals and desired outcomes. Additionally, the role supports a governance structure for the evaluation of strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years’ experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in the health care industry OR consulting OR Master/Professional Degree and 4 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in the health care industry OR consulting OR 7 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in the health care industry.
• Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.
• Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Experience managing complex corporate projects in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills including presentation and group facilitation experience.
• Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments at various levels in the organization.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentation and group facilitation experience.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, with strong Excel skills.

• Master’s Degree (preferred).
