Role Description
As a Sr. Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Oak Street Health patients, providers, and business by providing support for high-priority strategic projects and ad hoc operational initiatives while owning the administrative and operational execution of the team's colleague listening strategy. This role serves as a key operational anchor and analytical engine—synthesizing qualitative feedback into actionable insights, driving execution, and flexing dynamically to deliver essential support across high-priority strategic projects and ad hoc operational initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, the Senior Analyst ensures seamless management of colleague feedback channels, leadership rounding logistics, and survey action planning. As a highly visible representative of the team, this role must be comfortable engaging directly with colleagues and executive leaders, facilitating discussions, and presenting findings with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Projects & Operational Support

Lean into various strategic projects and operational initiatives as they arise across the team, adapting to shifting priorities and contributing by supporting execution.

Maintain project documentation, track deliverables across cross-functional workstreams, and support operational continuity for team priorities.

Assist in drafting, formatting, and refining operational materials, status updates, and presentations for leadership reviews.

Analytics & Operational Process Improvement

Aggregate qualitative sentiment and operational data into clear, actionable reporting frameworks for team and department leadership.

Continuously refine rounding workflows, participant tracking mechanisms, and feedback loops to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Colleague Listening Strategy Execution & Feedback Operations

Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback across multiple channels (including Roundtables, Executive Committee (EC) rounding, Epic feedback, and CES action plans). Identify key operational trends, synthesize insights, translate findings into recommendations and action plans, and ensure closed-loop communication back to stakeholders.

Orchestrate the administrative and operational workflow for colleague listening roundtables, including participant solicitation, scheduling, session facilitation support, and comprehensive documentation.

Oversee participant tracking for Executive Committee engagement.

Lead preparation and administrative support for Executive Leader rounding.
Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, program/project management, analytics, or related operational roles.

Demonstrated experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative feedback into structured recommendations and action plans.

Exceptional organizational skills with proven success managing complex scheduling, documentation, participant tracking, and logistics for leadership initiatives.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials and documentation.

Ability to flex seamlessly between structured ongoing operational workflows and ad-hoc strategic project support in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) alongside collaboration tools.
