Role Description

In Accenture, within the Strategy & Consulting – Global Network area, we work with leading global clients to design and implement strategies that drive transformation and sustainable growth. As part of our team, you will collaborate on projects that combine innovation, deep analysis, and strategic execution, helping organizations tackle their most complex challenges.

How will your everyday be?

• Participate in large global programs which help capital markets / financial entities (mainly in North America and LATAM) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities, and digitally enabled solutions.
• Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects focusing on:
  • Customer and employee experience
  • Middle- and back-office transformation
  • Digital assets ecosystem enablement
  • Technology transformation
  • ESG investing data and sustainability
  • Future workforce and skills

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of industry or project experience in Capital Markets Industry.
• Knowledge on Investment (Trade Finance, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Market Infrastructure).
• IT Operating Model Process design & reengineering.
• Knowledge on platform implementation, intelligent automation (RPA / AI) and analytics.
• Knowledge on business and digital transformation, project lifecycle frameworks, and product implementations (Desirable).
• Project Management (Desirable), Agile Methodology (Desirable).
• Knowledge in platforms such as Murex, Calypso and Simcorp (Desirable).
• Management Consulting (Desirable).
• English Advanced (Mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge on financing structures (Desirable).
• Knowledge on financial risk (Desirable).
