Role Description

We are seeking a fast, accurate, and design-focused Web Developer & Technical SEO Specialist to own website development and technical SEO. You will build, optimize, test, and publish landing pages, loan-program pages, blogs, and case studies while maintaining strong brand consistency and site performance.

Key Responsibilities

• WordPress & Bricks Builder:
  • Build responsive pages, templates, reusable components, and global styles using Bricks Builder.
  • Maintain consistent typography, spacing, layouts, and branding.
  • Build and publish landing pages, loan-program pages, blogs, and case studies.
• Technical SEO, AEO & GEO:
  • Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexing, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
  • Implement schema/structured data and optimize content for search, answer engines, and generative AI.
• Analytics & Conversion Tracking:
  • Prepare landing pages for paid campaigns and verify forms, CTAs, URLs, and mobile usability.
  • Implement and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• AI & Quality Assurance:
  • Leverage Claude/MCP and AI tools to improve development, content, QA, and SEO workflows.
  • Follow strict pre-publish QA processes and quickly resolve site issues.

Qualifications

• Bricks Builder: Advanced hands-on experience building polished, responsive pages and reusable components.
• WordPress Development: Strong WordPress experience with themes, plugins, and site structure.
• Web Technologies: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Technical SEO: Strong knowledge of schema, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, AEO, and GEO.
• Analytics: Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Design: Strong visual sense, responsive design skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
• QA & Process: Fast, accurate, self-directed, and disciplined in following documented workflows.
• Portfolio: Must demonstrate modern web design, responsive layouts, and strong brand execution.
• Nice-to-Haves: Mortgage, lending, real estate, financial services, or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads.
• Experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, form/call tracking, and attribution.
• Experience with Claude, MCP connectors, or AI-assisted development workflows.

Success Metrics – First 90 Days

• Pages are shipped quickly, accurately, fully optimized, and ad-ready with minimal rework.
• Consistent visual execution across the website and devices.
• Accurate implementation of copy, disclosures, tracking, forms, and schema.
• Measurable improvements in Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and search visibility.
• Effective use of Claude/MCP workflows to increase production speed without sacrificing quality.
