[Hiring] System Engineer .NET @The White Team

Role Description

We are looking for a System Engineer .NET to support enterprise content, document management, collaboration, workflow, and knowledge management platforms. The selected candidate will act as a senior technical contributor for enterprise document management and integrated business applications, with a strong focus on hands-on development and technical support using Microsoft .NET technologies and SharePoint Online as a document management and collaboration platform.

The candidate will design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable solutions using:

• ASP.NET
• C#
• SQL Server
• REST APIs
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Power Platform components
• Microsoft 365 services

The role also includes targeted support for OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM where required for enterprise content management and integration scenarios.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional background.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Deep technical expertise in SharePoint Online as a document management solution.
• Demonstrated development experience using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Strong experience developing workflow and automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online with Teams, OneDrive, Azure-based services, and other enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering disciplines.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Experience with OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM is desirable.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in .NET development, using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, and REST API development.
• Advanced experience implementing and customizing SharePoint Online as a document management and collaboration platform.
• Strong development knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integration capabilities.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools.
• Working knowledge of OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise applications using ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Develop scalable custom solutions, components, forms, dashboards, reports, and integration services.
• Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and reusable technical solutions.
• Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions for enterprise document management.
• Develop advanced customizations using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript/TypeScript, Microsoft Graph, and REST services.
• Provide production support, issue diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Provide targeted support for OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, support guides, and user-facing materials.
