Qualifications

• 6+ years building mobile apps in Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with modern mobile tooling, CI/CD, testing, and cloud services.
• Strong ownership and self-direction.
• Ability to thrive in environments of rapid learning and delivery.
• Experience in mentoring other engineers.
• Collaborative energy and clear communication skills.
• Genuine excitement about AI and its potential.

Requirements

• Lead engineering development for mobile apps.
• Review existing codebase and identify immediate technical improvements.
• Ship meaningful code to production.
• Lead delivery of features and debug cross-platform problems.
• Build context on how the full mobile platform fits together.
• Understand problem spaces and partner with stakeholders.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices.
• Drive business strategy through mobile initiatives.
