[Hiring] Staff Engineer, SAP ESPP @Nagarro

Role Description

We are looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA eSPP Support Consultant (L2/L3) with the following responsibilities:

• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Giving constructive feedback to team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Coming up with solutions to any issue raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to ensure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements

• Total Experience: 6+ years.
• Experience as a senior SAP S/4HANA eSPP Support Consultant (L2/L3).
• Experience supporting or implementing SAP SPP / S/4HANA eSPP environments.
• Deep understanding of aftermarket parts planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization, and service supply chain dynamics.
• Strong configuration skills in eSPP parameters (EOQ/Safety Stock, Replenishment, DRP).
• Ability to debug ABAP code to isolate complex L3 issues is highly preferred.
• Proven experience working in structured support environments using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently under tight SLA timelines.
