[Hiring] Senior Full Stack Engineer @DigitalTolk

Role Description

We're looking for a talented Senior Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our growing team. Our tech stack is continuously growing, so we are looking for good Engineers for whom technology is not an obstacle.

Experience: 5–7 years

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web-based applications.
• Build scalable microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Utilize AI for as much of the code as possible but still own the output generated by it.
• Lead developer testing including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Review code and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and services, from design through to production support.
• Participate and respond to production incidents and drive them to resolution.
• Proactively flag risks, bugs, or technical debt before they become incidents.

Qualifications

• Strong command on at least a few of Go, Laravel, Java, React, Typescript, Node.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and how to scale those.
• Proficient in SQL and databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
