Role Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across HR and enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain integrations between Workday and platforms including Payroll, Benefits, IAM, Recruiting, Learning, and third-party applications.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Security, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production incident resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, compliance, and operational stability across employee lifecycle processes.
• Support Workday releases, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and business process improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, testing artifacts, and support procedures.
• Drive continuous improvements in integration reliability, monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality HR technology solutions.
