[Hiring] Software Engineer (Digital) – Chat Platform @TekWissen

Role Description

This job is an integral member of the Enterprise Technology & Operation's Digital team, within an agile software engineering team, responsible for building and supporting complex, scalable software applications across the Chat Platform.

The incumbent will serve as a full-stack Software Engineer and will support the entire chat platform ecosystem, including real-time communication layers and client-side SDK integrations.

• Designing solutions and executing technical development using GCP, TypeScript, Node.js, Dialogflow CX/GECX/AI, WebSockets, and Web/iOS/Android SDKs.
• Managing system integrations and performing independent troubleshooting.
• Taking an enterprise-wide architectural view and participating in the full software application build process from idea generation to deployment.
• Adhering to coding standards set forth by Principal, Lead and Senior Engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, including design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience implementing and maintaining Dialogflow CX / GECX / AI solutions.
• Experience integrating, supporting, or consuming SDKs for Web, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with system integrations, web services technologies (REST, HTTPS, JSON), Web Sockets, and NoSQL/SQL databases.
• Strong track record of independent troubleshooting and supporting production-grade, consumer-facing applications.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
