[Hiring] Software Developer @BAE Systems OneArc USA, Inc

Role Description

We are a well-established team developing world-leading simulation platforms and interoperability solutions for aerospace, defense, transport, and space agencies like NASA and the European Space Agency. We constantly seek ways to advance the industry using the latest technologies and trends to connect complex synthetic environments—from deep space to underwater systems.

We believe in saving lives through simulations. Your job will be totally different from what you expect. We give you freedom and responsibility to do things well, support you, train you, and teach you. We have a relaxed environment where we aim not to limit our staff with too many regulations. We trust you.

We offer a wide variety of work and a crunch-free environment due to our products being developed as a continuous service. You will write high-quality code in an agile, creative team, with direct opportunities to collaborate with major industry partners, visit customer sites, and train alongside leading developers across Europe.

Our business has a worthy cause; the work we do has an actual impact on making the world a safer place. You will be an integral part of the development cycle from day one—designing and building engineering and training solutions for high-profile customer programs, solving complex simulation interoperability challenges, and seeing your work directly shape real-world outcomes.
