As a ServiceNow Developer Principal, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a ServiceNow Developer Principal joining our team to support integration and development improvements to our ServiceNow platform, including broadening its impact through module expansion, platform integration, and automation. The ServiceNow Developer Principal will be an important part of the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of our ServiceNow implementation; they will also work with external development partners and key stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customers that leverage ITIL processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• 5+ years of related experience

Requirements

• Deep functional and technical command of Incident, Change, and Problem modules
• Demonstrated experience with CMDB architecture and scoped app development
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML/CSS, JSON, XML, and REST/SOAP
• Experience with IntegrationHub and MID Server administration
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes
• Strong understanding of SDLC best practices and experience gathering requirements within an Agile/Scrum framework
• Strong complex problem-solving skills, both individually and in team settings
• Clear, authoritative communication and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to contribute to proposals, technical documentation, and solution design
• Proficiency in leading Scrum demos, agile ceremonies, and collaborative work groups
• Demonstrated capability to guide and support team progress toward shared objectives
• Effective talent development skills, including mentoring and fostering staff growth
• Ability to drive methodology improvements and resolve process gaps
• Skill in managing customer delivery expectations and ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Creative thinking applied to developing innovative solutions
