Role Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in:

• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Knowledge Management (Knowledge Base)
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• ServiceNow Communities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
• Customize and configure modules including CSM, ITSM, Knowledge Base, and ServiceNow Communities
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure platform best practices, performance optimization, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and defects
• Support platform upgrades, testing, and deployments
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Knowledge Management / Knowledge Base
  • ServiceNow Communities (Service Portal experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform capabilities
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and asset management
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery or Service Mapping
• Experience with Knowledge Centred Services (KCS) methodology
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD)
• Experience with UI Builder or modern ServiceNow UX frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ITIL-based service management environments
• Experience with scripting, automation, and ServiceNow AI capabilities
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) is an advantage; Advanced certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, or CIS-ITOM) are a plus
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar professional experience is highly desirable
