Role Description

As a Senior Solutions Architect, AI-Native SDLC, you will make Upsun Dispatch real inside our most important customers. Your job is to understand how customers ship today, design workflows and architecture that fit their environment rather than an idealized one, and prove it with working implementations.

• Own the technical relationship across the full arc, before signature and after it.
• Understand customer realities: branching strategy, review culture, security reviewers, and legacy systems.
• This is a founding role in a young product line; your architecture becomes the pattern we ship to every account.
• Be close to the first deployments for learning, shifting toward patterns that let others deploy as delivery capability builds out.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical roles, with substantial time in customer-facing architecture.
• Hands-on experience coding and familiarity with at least one ecosystem: PHP and Symfony, JavaScript and TypeScript, Python, or Go.
• Real fluency in Git workflows, CI/CD, testing strategy, code review practice, and release management.
• Competence in containers, environments, secrets handling, and cloud primitives.
• Experience building with agents, multi-step workflows, tool integration, and understanding governance in agentic systems.
• Strong ability to anchor technical conversations in business outcomes.
• Good in the room with various stakeholders, maintaining relationships while addressing concerns.
• Strong written communication skills for architecture documents and briefs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building first versions of products.

Requirements

• Handle security questionnaires, architecture reviews, compliance questions, and RFP inputs.
• Deliver technical workshops and executive briefings tailored to the audience.
