[Hiring] Senior Solution Architect @RELEX Solutions

Role Description

In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect who wants to work at the frontier of what RELEX can deliver.

• Work hands-on with new RELEX functionality and tooling (e.g., Cortex, Factory, and Plan Plugins) in early pilots, prototypes, and first customer projects.
• Test new capabilities across customers, markets, and regions; flag issues and recommend adjustments to Product and Engineering teams.
• Co-develop plugins, tooling, and extensions to solve recurring regional problems, leaving reusable patterns for teams.
• Support delivery teams on complex customer scenarios, non-standard requirements, and product limitations.
• Use AI tools to enhance work efficiency and prove practical AI use cases on real projects.
• Design and deliver training, including train-the-trainer sessions with regional champions.
• Build working relationships with regional delivery leaders and Product and Engineering, bringing structured field findings.
• Join cross-regional leadership forums to raise risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Own capabilities, not territories; contribute to projects and hand them back to regional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RELEX Plan delivery with several projects from design to go-live across multiple customers and ideally multiple countries or product areas.
• Understanding of business processes behind the software (e.g., replenishment, forecasting, assortment, promotions).
• Experience as the go-to person on complex topics, leading solutions on complex implementations.
• Ability to read and write RELEX configuration independently, including business rules, data model, and TQL.
• Daily use of AI tools with concrete examples of automation or improvements.
• Track record of self-learning and applying new knowledge on real projects.
• Experience initiating projects that lead to tangible results.
• Comfort in declining requests and explaining reasoning under pressure.
• Ability to build and maintain working relationships across regions and functions.
• Ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable using AI in everyday work and developing AI tools as an organizational strategy.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience working with international teams and strong communication and organizational skills are a bonus.
