[Hiring] Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Level V - Java + React @Confiz

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable user interfaces for modern web applications. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in React, strong UI/UX sensibilities, and a proven track record of delivering performant, maintainable front-end solutions in complex, large-scale environments. The candidate should also be experienced with Java and Spring Boot on the backend to integrate both frontend and backend components.

• Strong English speaking skills are required for this role as they will be guiding and problem-solving with other team members.
• Manage standups, JIRA, team updates, and stakeholder management to understand requirements and lead junior engineers.
• Design, Development, Testing, Documentation, Data analysis, On-call support during working hours.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced software systems while adhering to high standards for code quality, testing, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, mentor junior developers, and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in system design, architecture, and building enterprise-level applications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java (required), React (very nice to have), Python (very nice to have).
• Frameworks: Spring Boot.
• RESTful architecture and microservices.
• Messaging technologies (e.g., Kafka, SQS).
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Kubernetes, Lambda (preferred).
• CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Terraform).
• Test automation (Unit, Integration, Regression, Load).
• Experience in relational & non-relational databases such as PostGres, Dynamo.
• Logging and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Splunk).
