Role Description

• Building and maintaining the core banking system and Internet acquiring service within a financial ecosystem.
• Participating in product architecture design: proposing and implementing technical solutions, reviewing system design decisions.
• Optimizing database queries and ensuring efficient data synchronization, transmission, and processing.
• Implementing new business logic across microservices.
• Working with metrics: integrating observability tools, optimizing performance, and monitoring system health in production.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of professional backend development experience, with a strong understanding of backend architecture and engineering principles.
• Experience with or strong interest in working with Go, with a willingness to use it as a primary backend language in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of concurrent and multithreaded programming.
• Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases in production.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures.
• Strong grasp of software design principles: SOA, SOLID, KISS, DRY.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Readiness to take ownership of architectural decisions and drive them to implementation.
• Experience in fintech is a plus, but not required.
• Fluent Russian and at least B1+ English level (written and spoken).
