Role Description

Medrina is seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to serve as the organization’s primary internal resource for low-code application development, workflow automation, operational reporting, and platform support. The role will design, deliver, and maintain governed solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and related Microsoft technologies.

This role handles sensitive information; work must be performed in a private and secure setting (with a door) requiring reliable internet and phone connectivity. This role does not offer immigration visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time role operating from central or eastern regions of the United States during standard business hours, Monday - Friday (from your home office remotely) with some travel in the United States for company meetings (this is not a flexible schedule opportunity).

The position is primarily focused on improving day-to-day business operations, with dedicated support for ACO readiness and ongoing ACO operations. It will also provide targeted EHR-adjacent solutions that address workflow gaps without replacing the core EHR or its development team.

The developer will partner directly with business owners, data owners, IT, security, compliance, and other stakeholders to move approved needs from intake through deployment and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience and advanced skills with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate and Power Platform Fundamentals certifications.
• Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence governance practices and environment strategy.
• Track record and experience with integrating Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Forms.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile delivery methods, and application lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, workflow design, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with business and data stakeholders and translate operational needs into sustainable technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or another regulated industry.
• Experience supporting ACO, value-based care, EHR implementation, or healthcare workflow initiatives.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or other governed AI-enabled business solutions.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and healthcare security, privacy, and compliance practices.

Physical Requirements

• This is a full-time remote, work-from-home position, primarily working during standard business hours handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to communicate via virtual/online meetings daily with a camera on as well as being responsive in a timely manner during work hours via email, MS Teams, and phone.
• Ability to travel quarterly for training, meetings, on-site visits.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
