[Hiring] Senior Playable Ads Programmer @Naphora Games Group

Role Description

We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Playable Programmer / Creative Technical Artist to join our growing team at Naphora Games Group and help us create high-performing playable ads and creative content for our mobile games. This is a fully remote position open to candidates from any location, with availability to work in alignment with our Saudi Arabia working schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM KSA time).

The role combines technical development and creative production, using Unity, C#, Luna Playable, and other relevant technologies to build, iterate, and optimize interactive playable experiences and performance-focused video creatives.

Working closely with AI Engineering, Design, Marketing, UA, Product, Art, and Engineering, you’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where rapid experimentation, high-volume testing, and iteration are a big part of how we work.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to our internal creative production and AI-assisted tools and workflows, helping us find faster and more scalable ways to produce and test creatives.

Responsibilities

• Playable Development & Prototyping
  • Develop and maintain playable ads and gameplay prototypes using Unity, C#, Luna Playable, and other relevant technologies
  • Build responsive gameplay interactions, UI flows, animations, visual feedback, and creative effects
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on gameplay and interactive creative concepts
  • Build reusable gameplay systems, modular templates, components, and scalable architectures
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code where applicable
  • Optimize playables for performance, loading time, file size, and cross-device/platform compatibility
• Creative Production & Performance
  • Create and iterate on video advertising creatives, gameplay-based videos, and performance marketing assets
  • Produce a high volume of playable and video creative variations for testing
  • Iterate on creatives based on testing results, analytics, and UA performance
  • Experiment with different gameplay concepts, creative formats, hooks, interactions, and technical approaches
  • Support debugging, testing, analytics integrations, creative validation, and quality control
• AI, Tools & Automation
  • Collaborate with AI Engineers on AI-generated playable, video creative, and automation workflows
  • Help develop, test, validate, and improve internal tools used for playable and creative production
  • Explore AI-assisted development and creative production workflows
  • Experiment with new tools, engines, technologies, and approaches that can improve the speed and scale of creative production
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, UA, Product, Design, Art, AI, and Engineering teams
  • Translate creative concepts into technically feasible and engaging playable experiences
  • Collaborate on creative testing and iteration based on performance data and learnings
  • Contribute ideas and technical solutions throughout the creative development process

Success Looks Like

• Building polished, responsive, and technically reliable playable ads
• Producing and iterating on playable and video creatives quickly and at high volume
• Creating reusable systems and templates that make creative production faster and more scalable
• Delivering playables that meet performance, loading time, file size, and platform requirements
• Using creative performance data and testing results to continuously improve concepts and execution
• Combining strong technical implementation with creative thinking and experimentation
• Contributing to AI-assisted tools and workflows that improve creative production
• Collaborating effectively across creative, technical, product, and UA teams
• Taking strong ownership of creative concepts from prototype through testing and iteration

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Unity game development, technical art, creative development, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Unity and C# and/or JavaScript
• Experience building gameplay systems, prototypes, playable ads, or interactive advertising experiences
• Strong understanding of mobile optimization, performance, and technical constraints
• Ability to combine technical implementation with creative thinking and fast prototyping
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and performance-driven environment

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Luna Playable and playable ad platforms such as AppLovin, Unity Ads, Meta, or Google
• Experience creating playable ads, hypercasual/hybrid-casual prototypes, or video creatives for mobile game UA
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, VFX, shaders, or technical art, using tools such as After Effects, Blender, or Unity Timeline
• Experience with AI-assisted creative production, automation tools, or workflows
• A portfolio, GitHub, playable examples, or video creatives demonstrating relevant work
