[Hiring] Senior Mendix Consultant @Intecfy

Role Description

This is a remote position.

Intecfy is hiring a Senior Mendix Consultant - Freelance professional. Our client is a Dutch low-code consultancy working exclusively on Mendix projects for clients across Europe. Their team includes multiple certified Mendix Experts and they run a flat structure where every consultant owns their own projects and growth.

You will bridge technical delivery and business needs, coach medior developers and shape solutions directly with clients. Projects range from automating processes for a large European banking institution to setting up a Mendix App Factory with low-code newcomers or building a native mobile app from scratch.

• Design and deliver Mendix applications across web and mobile
• Translate business requirements into low-code solutions with real impact
• Coach and support medior Mendix developers through code reviews and pairing
• Contribute to Mendix App Factory setups and internal CoE initiatives
• Join knowledge-sharing sessions and keep the team's Mendix expertise growing
• Work directly with clients, remotely or from the office

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years senior-level experience delivering Mendix projects in production
• Mendix Expert Certified or Advanced Certified with commitment to reach Expert short-term
• Scrum PSM-1 certified or solid agile delivery experience
• Able to work autonomously in a flat organisation without traditional management layers
• Based within the European Union
• Fluent English, spoken and written (minimum B2 level)

Requirements

• Experience with UX design (nice to have)
• Java development background (nice to have)
• Previous involvement in setting up or supporting a Mendix CoE (nice to have)
• Training or coaching experience with junior or medior consultants (nice to have)
