[Hiring] Senior Java Developer @Resource Logistics

Role Description

We are looking for a strong hands-on Sr. Onshore Developer to join one of the onshore scrum teams within the Claims Modernization product line. The role will focus on designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable Java/Spring Boot services and API-based integrations in an Agile delivery environment. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, comfortable working with distributed teams, and demonstrate potential to grow into a lead role by guiding developers, contributing to design discussions, and ensuring engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

Requirements

• 6+ years in application development, with strong recent hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices-based services.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, API design, exception handling, logging, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with SQL and/or relational databases; ability to write, analyze, and optimize queries as needed.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git-based source control, build/deployment pipelines, and Agile engineering practices.

• Exposure to messaging/event-driven architecture such as Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ, or equivalent platforms.
