Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer based in LATAM to architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions that support critical business operations. This role combines software engineering, modern data platforms, workflow automation, and cloud technologies to create operational applications that connect business users, data insights, and automated execution.

The engineer will be responsible for:

• Developing backend services, frontend applications, workflow orchestration capabilities, and system integrations.
• Exhibiting strong architectural thinking and hands-on development experience.
• Mentoring peers while driving technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with Java or Python.
• 5+ years of backend API development experience.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, RPC, and JSON.
• 5+ years working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• 4+ years building frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Requirements

• Experience leading code reviews and contributing to architectural decisions.

Nice to Have

• Billing platform or payment solutions experience.
• Service-oriented and event-driven architectures.
• Messaging platforms: Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ.
• GraphQL frontend integration (Apollo Client or similar).
• Component-based design systems.
• Jest and React Testing Library.
• Frontend build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
• WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems, scalability, replication, and redundancy patterns.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
