[Hiring] Full Stack Engineer @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to build high-quality web applications end to end. You will work across frontend and backend to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure features in a collaborative, product-focused Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Design data flows and application architecture supporting reliability, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver features end to end
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents
• Create and maintain automated tests across frontend and backend components
• Contribute to technical planning, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, and iterative delivery

Qualifications

• React and TypeScript - strong hands-on experience
• Tailwind CSS or a comparable utility-first CSS framework
• RESTful API design, consumption, and troubleshooting
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser behavior, and responsive design
• Backend development in at least one modern language or framework
• Relational or NoSQL databases and data modeling concepts
• Git-based workflows, pull requests, and code reviews
• Software testing principles and automated testing tools

Preferred Skills

• Node.js, Express, or NestJS
• PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Authentication, authorization, and API security best practices
• Cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containers, or observability tools
• State management: Redux, Zustand, or React Query
• OpenAPI or similar API documentation standards
• Accessibility standards and performance optimization
• Product-focused Agile environment experience

Location & Work Model

Fully remote - open to candidates based in the United States or LATAM.
