[Hiring] Senior Full-Stack Engineer @Bridgenext Digital Engineering

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in LATAM and assist our financial services client on an automation platform project that serves the fitness and wellness industry.

• Own the execution stream for client requests and product roadmap.
• Work day-to-day with the Product Owner on design and tactical priorities.
• Take on larger projects as you learn the product and codebase.
• Focus on shipping well-scoped work from concept to production.
• Collaborate across the team to ensure quality and impact.

Responsibilities

• Ship product work end-to-end across Rails, React, and React Native.
• Manage task execution and provide daily sync updates with the team on progress and blockers.
• Collaborate across the organization (product, design, support) and sometimes directly with clients to nail down what "done" looks like.
• Submit work for code review by engineers and adhere to SDLC standards.
• Identify and fix technical debt when encountered, even if outside the scope of the ticket.
• Investigate problems rigorously, separating verified facts from assumptions.
• Communicate clearly with different roles and stakeholders (engineers, product, clients).

Workplace

Core Technologies

• Generative AI, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Web application (FE+BE).
• Data Sources: Cosmos DB, Postgres PgVector.
• Algorithms and Models: OpenAI embeddings.
• Other Technologies: Figma, Javascript/HTML/CSS.

Must Have Skills

• 5–10 years of professional experience working with code and building at-scale software systems.
• Solid, production-level experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Fluency with AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code.
• Strong opinions on excellent, clean software with the ability to argue constructively.
• Bias toward action; fix small things immediately and propose clear paths for bigger changes.
• Product sense; care about who uses the product and why.
• Investigative rigor; separate verified facts from assumptions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and risk; prefer to try and learn rather than wait for perfect information.
• Ability to leave code and systems better than found, even when out of scope.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React Native (used for mobile).
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse (analytics/data warehousing).
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform or similar.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B product teams.
• Background in fitness, wellness, or hospitality software.
• Published code or open-source contributions showing coding style.
