Qualifications

• Senior-level Full-Stack development experience with a modern web technology stack.
• Strong backend experience with a server-side language, preferably JVM-based.
• Professional experience building Single Page Applications, preferably with React and TypeScript.
• Strong frontend development skills, including HTML, CSS, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Experience designing, building and maintaining APIs and integrations.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, including SOLID, DRY and data/ER modelling.
• Experience with automated testing, code review and modern software quality practices.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools and troubleshooting production/application issues.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Experience with build and version control tools, such as Maven and Git/GitHub.
• Experience working in Agile teams, using Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Product, UX and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Python and Kotlin.
• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with React and modern JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of REST API design and consumption.
• Hands-on experience working with JSON.
• Willingness to work on both backend and frontend development.
• Ability to switch quickly between different technology areas.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD processes (GitLab CI).
• Experience working in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design (RWD).
• Experience integrating with external partner systems.
