Role Description

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Full Stack React Engineer to join our remote team located anywhere across the United States. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes:

• Estimating
• Technical design
• Implementation
• Documentation
• Testing
• Deployment
• Support of applications developed for our clients

As a member working in a team environment, you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases
• Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with a focus on modern React-based user experiences
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using C# and other modern server-side technologies
• Build and integrate AI-enabled capabilities, including intelligent workflows, automation, LLM integrations, and AI-powered user experiences
• Contribute to systems built on Hack and support enhancements within existing application ecosystems
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews and adherence to engineering best practices
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels
• Work directly with client stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Self-starter who can work independently
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack application development
• Strong hands-on expertise building enterprise applications using React
• Experience developing backend services and APIs using C#/.NET
• Experience working with or supporting applications built using Hack
• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, including generative AI, LLM integrations, AI-assisted workflows, or related technologies
• Experience with modern development practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps methodologies
• Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus
• A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $70,000.00 to $149,880.00
• Base salary only; does not include benefits or potential variable compensation programs
