Role Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Full‑stack Developer to join our team and support key initiatives for the New York Lottery digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is comfortable working across both front‑end and back‑end systems.

As a Senior Full‑stack Developer, you will:

• Build and maintain Node.js web services and integrations within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Support multiple React applications, including a Single‑Sign‑On (SSO) platform that incorporates identity verification.
• Extend your work to the New York Lottery website and mobile application.

This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be able to collaborate effectively with a New York-based team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• React, Redux, Styled Components, React Provider Pattern.
• Node.js and serverless development.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services:
• API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, Cognito.
• Experience with identity verification tools (e.g., ID Dataweb) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Ionic Framework is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and authentication flows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
