Role Description

As a Senior Full Stack Application Developer (.NET) at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Here are the details on this position:

• Maintain the support and maintenance of multiple applications.
• Review codes, tests done, documents, and implement programs according to the specifications provided.
• Provide moderately complex to complex technical and production support to end-users.
• Participate in and conduct peer reviews.
• Create unit and other test plans for assigned programming tasks.
• Provide leadership and work guidance to personnel and keep management informed of progress.
• Create, review, and analyze writing program specifications.
• Participate in and review design of new applications of simple to complex and for enhancements to existing programs.
• Recommend and estimate time to make changes to client software based on information such as client feedback, language changes, and new technology.
• Track down, diagnose, and fix issues in the application.
• Participate in release management of the applications including monthly releases.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of full stack programming or application development experience.
• High level of proficiency working with appropriate programming languages (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, T-SQL, Entity Framework, jQuery), operating systems, hardware, and software (Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio).
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) to facilitate programming software, creating tables, relations, stored procedures, and views.
• Experience working with creating and maintaining Web Forms, MVC, WCF, and JSON.
• Experience working with writing specifications.
• Preferable Skills: BizTalk, SSIS, SSRS, VB6.

• The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
